The present piece of work is a reply to a scientific research that has as general objective, to establish the logic and historic determinations of one capital mode.This manner, has converted itself in the capital of the present phase of the capitalist development: COLOR SHINE CONDITIONER "the fictitious capital".The intention of the work is proving the important role of the fictitious capital during the emergence of the monopolist capitalism, and subsequently, of the transnational MASQUE capital.The author for fulfilling this objective created a periodization of the phases in the development and progress of this capital style.
